Wekesa Zablon


Wekesa Zablon is an organiser for OpenIDEO Nairobi Chapter and a Founder of the UON Bikeshare (bikeshare.c4dlab.ac.ke) program. He holds a Bachelors of Arts and Design degree from University of Nairobi (2011). Wekesa has used his talents to create social campaigns that explore the way Kenyan citizens interact on and off line. One of these projects, #GetFramed by Upart Together, involved more than 3,000 personalities including President Uhuru and his cabinet. He is infinitely curious about what motivates people and is passionate about improving the quality of basic education in Africa.
